Robust global brand guidelines and a brand hub were key to ensuring cohesion, enabling efficiency and increasing awareness of the T. Rowe Price brand, internally and externally. We led the global brand reset, from positioning to expression and all the stops after. A brand center provided associates and partners easy access to guidelines, digital standards, templates and brand assets. This robust ecosystem is the glue that holds the firm’s many touchpoints together and empowers associates to own the brand.
